Neera is a compassionate therapist who has 11 years of experience as a helping professional. She understands how difficult it can be to take that first step and ask for help, but if you are finding yourself stuck, she will work through your barriers with you and give you new tools to develop an action plan that can help you take the necessary next steps to move towards a happier, healthier life.
Larry Lander, M.S.W., R.S.W.
For thirty years Larry has offered counselling to couples who need a safe and accepting place to share and resolve hard feelings. Hard feelings often emerge on a wide variety of subjects including money, in-laws, parenting, infidelity, addictions and sex. When these feelings remain kept inside largely unspoken, frustration turns to anger which turns to sadness which turns to hopelessness and a turning away from each other. It feels like a wall has been built between two people who love each other.
