  • Administrative email information is stored through Outlook, which is password protected.

We do not store payment information on our website.

Vaughan Relationship Centre does not share, sell, or disclose personal information to outside parties.

Clients may independently provide information to insurance companies for reimbursement; VRC does not transmit personal or clinical information to insurers.

6. Data Retention & Destruction

  • Client records are retained for 10 years, in accordance with professional regulations.
  • Older physical files are securely shredded.
  • Electronic records can be permanently deleted when the retention period ends.
  • Since the clinic has not been operating for more than 10 years, no digital records have been deleted yet.

7. Analytics & Marketing Data

We use analytics tools that may collect:

  • IP addresses
  • Device and browser data
  • Pages visited and time on site

This helps us improve website performance and user experience.
