Amanda is the founder and director of the Vaughan Relationship Centre. As a compassionate therapist, she believes in finding realistic, individual solutions that fit her clients’ day to day life. With over 20 years of experience as a helping professional, she understands the challenges her clients struggle with and is living her passion to help others.
Amanda is a directive therapist who calls it as she sees it. She actively participates in therapy sessions, going beyond the usual “How do you feel?” question. She remains impartial and unbiased while working with couples and families. Amanda is easy to talk to and connects well with her clients. She has built trust among healthcare providers who often recommend her services for effective client support.

Leslie Yaffa, M.S.W., R.S.W., EdD.
Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and Doctor of Education
Leslie‘s experiences and aspirations in Social Work have spanned over a twenty-year period where her clinical work has supported individuals, adolescents, couples, and families. She has helped many of her clients in dealing with stress and anxiety, interpersonal difficulty, depression and grief, parenting and behavioural concerns, marriage/couple issues, self esteem, and post-traumatic stress.
Leslie has been supportive to numerous couples and families. She offers valuable insights and gently encourages clients to share their thoughts and feelings. Leslie is practical and addresses issues in a straightforward manner. Many clients seek her help during times of distress, and she skillfully helps them navigate their pain and emerge stronger on the other side. She is dedicated to understanding her clients’ needs and working towards achieving their therapy goals.

Neera Madhok, M.S.W., R.S.W.

Neera is a seasoned therapist with over 15 years of experience as a helping professional. Her compassionate approach reflects an understanding of the challenges involved in seeking support. She is adept at guiding individuals through the initial hurdle of asking for help, offering support to overcome your barriers, and providing you valuable tools to develop an action plan to help you take the necessary next steps to move towards a happier, healthier life.
Neera possesses a remarkable ability to grasp the core of her clients’ issues. She is exceptionally empathetic, offering a fresh perspective and assisting them in overcoming obstacles. Neera is praised for her skill in validating and genuinely listening to her clients. She excels in building strong connections with clients, while encouraging accountability without passing judgment.

Melissa Devlin, M.S.W., R.S.W.
Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist
Melissa is a dynamic therapist with over fifteen years of experience as a registered Social Worker and more than five years of experience with couples therapy. Melissa values that everybody is unique and knows how important it is to all feel heard and respected. Melissa believes that every one of us is trying our best but that we can get ‘stuck’ in areas of life, including communication patterns, arguments, or repetitive behaviours. By assisting you in identifying and accessing the deeper emotions and fears underneath reactive communication and behaviours, Melissa can help you better understand your needs and your partner’s needs and can facilitate restructuring the bond between you and your partner.
Melissa is recognized for her ability to guide clients in uncovering their own solutions by asking thought-provoking questions. She facilitates open communication between couples, fostering a deeper connection and mutual understanding. Melissa prioritizes creating a welcoming and secure environment for her clients to feel at ease and make therapy sessions less intimidating.

Jace Armstrong, S.S.W., B.S.W., M.S.W., R.S.W.
Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist
Jace is a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree whose specialties are working with couples, LGBTQ+ issues, and addictions.
As a cisgender gay male therapist, Jace fosters safe and affirming spaces for clients of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities. His personal experiences contribute to a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community, creating an environment where clients feel understood and respected.
His completion of Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples training equips him to support couples in enhancing their communication skills and fostering deeper connections in their relationships.
