Couple’s Yoga

working together … body, mind and heart

 

Bring your significant other… Couple’s Yoga is a fabulous venue for human cooperation, kindness and selflessness in every relationship!

Join certified yoga/meditation instructor Ingrid Humphreys, our Wellness Coach, for an evening of yoga poses, play and breath as you learn to move fluidly within a safe and encouraging atmosphere. 
~ create and nurture trust
~ strengthen communication
~ open to a sense of light heartedness
~ strengthen, stretch and have fun!

 


Mindful Meditation

Simple, easy way improve well being, connect … body, mind and spirit

 

Meditation may assist with concentration, the ability to breathe more easily, increase feelings of calm, happiness, and contentment.

A daily mindful meditation practice is the most transformative, potent and powerful tool — it’s like a re-set button, each and every day.  Join us and embark on a transformative meditation journey.

Monday, May 27th, June 3rd, 10th, & 17th    – each session $20.00 per couple (both $30.00)

– 6:00-6:45pm   Couple’s Yoga      and/or 7:00-7:45pm    Mindful Meditation

These events are suited for ALL.  No experience necessary… just a willingness to open your heart and connect with one another and your inner being.
