Join certified yoga/meditation instructor Ingrid Humphreys, our Wellness Coach, for an evening of yoga poses, play and breath as you learn to move fluidly within a safe and encouraging atmosphere.

– 6:00-6:45pm Couple’s Yoga and/or 7:00-7:45pm Mindful Meditation
